EPD Expands Its Field Service Capabilities
August 2020 - EPD’s newest field service van just got an updated look! No one will be able to miss our signature EPD red when driving past this on the highway. However, the van does not just look great! We also made sure to highlight some of the products and industries that EPD specializes in. After all, our van has to truly represent the capabilities of our excellent field service team.
Service with a Difference
We are proud to be a part of a growing team of experienced and certified technicians and engineers who have the ability to service, support, and/or repair most systems and components. Our team offers 24/7 remote or on-site field service support in order to best assist our customers when needed.
One of the many services our team offers is start-up and commissioning. For example, our field team is capable of commissioning and testing your AC VFD drives and corresponding motors. EPD will collaborate with our customers on their on-site final preparations, making sure everything is working perfectly. Afterwards, our team will be sure to provide customers with a detailed record of completion.
We also offer preventative maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of customer equipment and include services such as solution finding inspections and troubleshooting. Distribution switchgear can be inspected for optimal performance and longevity. These measures will help our customers rest easy knowing that their project is in good hands.
Our team has worked with a multitude of products ranging from VFD’s, switchboards, cranes, retrofits, data centers, and more. We have experience in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, marine, oil and gas, manufacturing, and even aerospace! No matter the project, EPD is more than qualified to handle it!
