The Material Handler is responsible for all material movements for incoming materials, outgoing materials or products and inventory movements to the production floor.

The Material Handler must observe all company policies, procedures, hourly working rules, and environmental health & safety rules. All assigned work activities must be carried out to the highest level of expected production quality. The Material Handler must closely work with supervisors and leads to ensure materials are moved on time. The ideal candidate must be willing to work within a team environment and accept guidance and instruction from other team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking material from inventory to fill customer orders or for job kits
• Wrapping products, packing and labeling
• Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling), stage shipments, and load as necessary
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged material is accepted in
• Operates pallet jack and/or forklift
• Inspects inventory for defects, scratches or other damage. Report to lead and/or supervisor as necessary.
• Moves waste to dumpsters
• Follows policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations
• Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, long days, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for manufacturing assemblies and sub-assemblies according to established production quality standards and engineering specification. The ideal candidate must have a high mechanical aptitude and be familiar with a wide array of electrical / mechanical components and hardware.

The Mechanical Assembler must observe all company policies, procedures, hourly working rules, and environmental health & safety rules. Key Duties:

6. Perform troubleshooting and repair in collaboration with the Manufacturing Department to resolve any nonconformity found in parts or process.
7. Operate applicable electrical test equipment safely and responsibly in accordance to predetermined functionality test procedures.
8. Perform internal and/or customer witnessed factory acceptance testing in accordance with standard procedures to ensure that products meet required quality standards.
9. Identify manufacturing and/or engineering nonconformities in parts, equipment, or procedures, and effectively assist in the diagnoses and remedy of all issues prior to shipment of completed projects.
10. Complete all required quality check lists, functionality test procedures, and other quality control documentation in an organized and timely fashion.
11. Perform all required ERP system transactions including labor entry and nonconformity reporting.

Summary of Role and Function:

The Quality Inspector will uphold the quality/safety policies our company has created and oversee the product development process to ensure that all products meet quality standards.  Inspectors will be responsible for performing tests on products at various stages of production to ensure that customer specifications are being met and company standards are followed.  Additionally, the Quality Inspector may fill additional roles as needed and directed including, but not limited to, roles such as supporting other QHSE assignments.

   11. Process Pre-Shipment Inspections using GoCanvan application and reporting findings as necessary.

The Wiring Assembler is responsible for coordinating and carrying out the assembly of wired panels according to established production quality standards and engineering specification. The ideal candidate must have an intermediate understanding of point to point wiring concepts and best practices, as well as, installation methods for a wide array of electrical / mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.
2. Assemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts.
3. Run wire and cable according to schematics and blueprints.
4. Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
5. Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
6. Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
7. Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan, review work activities, or to resolve production problems
8. inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record results
9. Mark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified
