Leslie Mcfarland

With more than 30 years of experience in electrical distribution and channel development, Leslie McFarland brings a deep understanding of customer relationships, market strategy, and brand growth to her role as Senior Sales Executive at EPD. She is dedicated to building trusted partnerships that make doing business simple, the “Easy Button” for clients and channel partners alike.

Before joining EPD, Leslie served in multiple leadership roles at Schneider Electric, including Director of Sales and Area Sales Manager, where she helped diversify distribution strategies, grow market share, and develop sales talent across the region. After a few years dedicated to nonprofit work, mentoring young professionals, and entrepreneurial projects, she returned to the industry to continue shaping customer-focused solutions at EPD.

Affectionately known as the “Director of Fun,” Leslie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, volunteering in youth ministries, or helping bring stories to life through church media. She never turns down a beach trip, and she’ll happily trade any quiet afternoon for a round of golf. She lives by the belief that “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
