Justin Rowden

Justin Rowden is the President at EPD, where he leads the organization in designing, developing, testing and deploying electrical power systems ranging from small panelboards to utility scale power plants. A vital part of the core executive team, Justin brings a deep knowledge of operations and processes to the table and is adept at using data analysis to not only identify potential issues, but make the most of opportunities.

A dedicated team player and gifted communicator, Justin excels at building high-performance teams that achieve goals on-time and under budget. As a results-driven leader, Justin relishes collaborating with power systems engineers, electrical drafters, mechanical designers, and other team members to design and develop power systems that set new standards in performance.

Analytical and insightful, Justin is passionate about partnering with leadership to identify areas where strategy and innovation can produce the greatest impact. His hands-on experience in power generation, distribution, motor drives, and control systems has made him a trusted and highly sought after authority in power systems.

Justin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. While at Texas A&M, he was selected to participate in the prestigious Eisenhower Leadership Development Program, an honor the university bestows on those students who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. He is also a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Justin is an outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys saltwater fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife and three daughters at their south Texas ranch.
