Justin Rowden

As President of Electronic Power Design, Justin Rowden leads the organization in designing, manufacturing, and delivering electrical power systems that support mission-critical infrastructure across data centers, healthcare, education, and industrial facilities. He plays a central role in shaping EPD’s operational strategy, with a focus on building a resilient, scalable business that consistently delivers quality, reliability, and long-term value.

Justin brings deep technical and operational expertise to his leadership role, with hands-on experience spanning power generation, distribution, motor drives, and control systems. Known for his data-driven approach, he works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to strengthen processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

A collaborative and results-driven leader, Justin is passionate about building high-performance teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. Under his leadership, EPD has expanded its capabilities in high-volume switchboard manufacturing while continuing to set the bar for performance and dependability in complex power systems.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and can often be found fishing or enjoying the outdoors with his family.
