Doug Williams is the Senior Sales Manager at Electronic Power Design (EPD), where he leads strategic sales growth across industrial and commercial markets. His work centers on solution‑based selling of low‑voltage switchboards and field services, partnering closely with engineering and field teams to ensure every system meets the technical, operational, and compliance needs of EPD’s customers.

He brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across the industrial, commercial, oil & gas, drilling, marine, automation, and power systems industries. Prior to joining EPD, Doug held executive roles at Dragon Products, M&I Electric, National Oilwell Varco (NOV), Omron Oilfield & Marine, and M&I Electric, and Ross Hill Controls, where he led international operations, business development, sales, engineering, and large‑scale product and project organizations. His background includes P&L ownership, joint venture leadership across Asia and South America, and the successful launch of multiple technical product lines.

At EPD, Doug has helped expand market reach into data centers, distribution, EPCs, OEMs, and end‑users, while strengthening CRM adoption, forecasting discipline, and proposal quality. He has played a key role in growing annual sales opportunities and supporting the expansion of the sales organization.

Doug’s leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, teamwork, and building long‑term customer trust. He often draws on the principle: “Lead with clarity, serve with integrity, and deliver with excellence.”

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and has completed extensive technical and leadership training across commercial, drilling technology, automation, drives, project management, and executive business development.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys golf, horses, and spending time with family in Cypress, Texas.
