Daren Matthews

Daren Matthews is a seasoned operations executive and electrical engineer with more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain organizations within the power systems and global data center markets. Specializing in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments, Daren has built his career at the intersection of technical innovation and operational excellence, holding senior leadership roles at Siemens and Schneider Electric.

Throughout his career, Daren has overseen high-growth operations supporting hyperscale customers, managing global contracts and workforces of more than 1,200 employees. He is known for scaling complex manufacturing environments, developing dedicated supply chain capacity models, and aligning engineering capabilities with customer demand to support rapid market expansion. His leadership experience spans full P&L responsibility, multi-site manufacturing oversight, and enterprise-level planning and execution.

Daren brings a customer-first, field-driven leadership approach, maintaining close engagement with teams on the factory floor and in the field to ensure executive decisions are grounded in real-world execution. He is deeply committed to collaboration, mentorship, and building trusted partnerships that deliver technical precision, operational reliability, and long-term value for customers and internal teams alike.

Daren holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
