Dalton Janik

Dalton Janik serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Electronic Power Design, working closely with the CEO to advance key organizational priorities and long-term strategy. He brings a diverse background spanning commercial real estate, finance, brokerage, appraisal, and development, with prior experience at NASDAQ, Newmark, and CBRE.

In his role at EPD, Dalton coordinates real estate and facilities initiatives, oversees internal construction and renovation projects, and manages sensitive corporate, legal, and financial documentation. He participates in executive leadership meetings, supporting strategic planning through analysis, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives across the business.

Dalton approaches his work with a strong sense of stewardship and accountability, guided by his favorite quote from John D. Rockefeller Jr., “Every right implies a responsibility; every opportunity, an obligation; every possession, a duty.”

Outside of work, Dalton enjoys snow skiing, refining his barbecue skills, and exploring architectural design. His interests reflect an appreciation for precision, creativity, and high-performance environments.
