Amy McCauley

Amy McCauley serves as Treasurer and Secretary of Electronic Power Design and brings more than 20 years of experience in banking and administration to the role. After spending a decade with Wells Fargo, she joined EPD in 2006 and has since played a key role in overseeing the company’s banking, legal, tax, and payroll functions while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across the organization.

Amy is a trusted member of EPD’s executive team, providing leadership in financial planning, debt financing, and budget management. Known for her highly organized and practical approach, she partners closely with departmental leaders to align short- and long-term goals with EPD’s mission while supporting sustainable growth.

Amy is a graduate of the Management Program at the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with friends, family, and pets. She loves camping, gardening, and any activity that involves being on the water. She lives by the motto, “Don’t count the days, make the days count.”
