The Material Handler is responsible for all material movements for incoming materials, outgoing materials or products and inventory movements to the production floor.
The Material Handler must observe all company policies, procedures, hourly working rules, and environmental health & safety rules. All assigned work activities must be carried out to the highest level of expected production quality. The Material Handler must closely work with supervisors and leads to ensure materials are moved on time. The ideal candidate must be willing to work within a team environment and accept guidance and instruction from other team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Picking material from inventory to fill customer orders or for job kits
- Wrapping products, packing and labeling
- Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling), stage shipments, and load as necessary
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged material is accepted in
- Operates pallet jack and/or forklift
- Inspects inventory for defects, scratches or other damage. Report to lead and/or supervisor as necessary.
- Moves waste to dumpsters
- Follows policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations
- Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, long days, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines
- Maintain production area integrity, cleanliness, and organization according to established standards
- Other duties as assigned

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for manufacturing assemblies and sub-assemblies according to established production quality standards and engineering specification. The ideal candidate must have a high mechanical aptitude and be familiar with a wide array of electrical / mechanical components and hardware.
The Mechanical Assembler must observe all company policies, procedures, hourly working rules, and environmental health & safety rules. All assigned work activities must be carried out to the highest level of expected production quality. The Mechanical Assembler must closely work with supervisors and leads to ensure projects are produced within specification and on time. The ideal candidate must be willing to work within a team environment and accept guidance and instruction from other team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble electrical and mechanical assemblies according to engineering specifications or drawings
- Verify issued part numbers match engineering specifications
- Work closely with supervisors and leads to ensure Jobs are completed accurately and within a timely manner
- Effectively and accurately communicate any safety, quality or manufacturing issues to a supervisor in a timely manner
- Enter Job production details within the company’s computer database
- Maintain production area integrity, cleanliness, and organization according to established standards

Competencies:

Summary of Role and Function:
The Quality Inspector will uphold the quality/safety policies our company has created and oversee the product development process to ensure that all products meet quality standards. Inspectors will be responsible for performing tests on products at various stages of production to ensure that customer specifications are being met and company standards are followed. Additionally, the Quality Inspector may fill additional roles as needed and directed including, but not limited to, roles such as supporting other QHSE assignments.

- Key Duties:
Job duties are the major or most important tasks to be performed by this position. The duties must be clear and specific of the work tasks to be performed and must include the periodic schedule that is required for each task such as continuous, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or on an annual basis.

- Report for work on time, every time.
- Follow work instructions and expectations given to you by your Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Develop and conduct a variety of inspections on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products for shipping.
- Ensure that all the quality check procedures that are put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
- Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken.
- Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality.
- Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with departmental managers.
- Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.
- Produce further analysis and reports as may be required by the Upper Management Team from time to time.
- Process non-conforming (NCR) material in the ERP system through the various process steps, such as Inspections and Dispositions of non-conforming material.
- Process Pre-Shipment Inspections using GoCanvan application and reporting findings as necessary.

- Accept responsibility and accountability of all information and results reported within official test procedures, quality documents, and equipment records by means of employee signature and/or initials.
- Reading drawings, specifications and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
- Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
- Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.) (AKA First Article Inspections)
- Use automated systems to perform complex inspection procedures.
- Maintain records of inspections, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
- Inspect finished products as they come off the Assembly/Fabrication lines for quality to ensure they meet company specifications and safety standards.
- Responsible for routing out damaged items and materials and removing or discarding them as appropriate.
- Prepare and submit reports to the QHSE Manager/Quality Control Supervisor
- Coordinate process efforts on automated NCR notifications generated out of ERP via email.
- Complete department tasks and responsibilities at a fast and organized pace with occasional unscheduled interruptions or changes in priority.
- Embody a Team oriented work environment and relationship with other department members in order to collectively reach daily and overall company goals.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area at all times, and report all potentially hazardous equipment, test setups, conditions, or activities.
- Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company policy.
- Meet contractual shipment deadlines which often require flexibility with regards to work schedule, extended days and overtime, and evening/weekend hours.

The Wiring Assembler is responsible for coordinating and carrying out the assembly of wired panels according to established production quality standards and engineering specification. The ideal candidate must have an intermediate understanding of point to point wiring concepts and best practices, as well as, installation methods for a wide array of electrical / mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.
- Assemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts.
- Run wire and cable according to schematics and blueprints.
- Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
- Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
- Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
- Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan, review work activities, or to resolve production problems
- inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record results
- Mark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified
Key Qualifications:

Key Duty is to learn to do the following:

- Travel to job sites is required. The job sites are sometimes international and may be offshore

- Will be assigned to assist within and where needed in manufacturing when not working in the field or on aftermarket or warranty related services
